This industrial goat cheese, inexpensive but rich in calcium, is good for your health, according to a nutritionist

Less expensive than cheeses sold at the cheesemonger, industrial cheeses are a common consumer product in French homes. Sold for less than 3 euros only in supermarkets in its 180g format and for less than 4 euros in its more generous 250g format, this industrial goat cheese remains “a real goat’s log made from 100% goat’s milk” as specified by the nutritionist.
