A few days before giving birth, the artist had revealed thatshe had become pregnant with triplets : a baby girl was to be born too. It was during a television show dedicated to him, in an interview with presenter Julie Snyder. “During a first ultrasound, we were told that I had twins. Then at the next ultrasound, the doctors seemed worried. We thought maybe there was only one. , finally. In fact, there was a third one” she confided, explaining that it had therefore not survived.

A painful experience

Obviously very moved, Celine Dion then shared her trying experience, this cruel death when she wanted above all to have a little girl one day. “His heart stopped beating five days later. This little baby has decided to make way for the other two. And it comes as a shock. At first, I just wanted to be pregnant, but now I would always be left with this question. Me who wanted to have a girl” she had explained, while specifying that she had “kept the placenta” and so she was “still inhabited by three little babies”.

Now alone to raise her three children, Celine Dion must also fight against the disease. The diva is actually suffering from painful spasms which prevent her from going back on stage for the moment, although she claims to be on the road to recovery. She was forced to postpone her world tour Courage World Tour which was to make a stopover in Paris this month. Instead, we will have to wait several more months, new dates at La Défense Arena are scheduled for September 2023, after a stint at Vieilles Charrues.

Is an album planned by then?
