three men arrested, the girl cannot be found

Three men suspected of having kidnapped little Mia in the Vosges were arrested in Paris, on the night of Wednesday to Thursday. The police are still looking for the girl.

The investigation into Mia’s disappearance is progressing. According to information from Parisian, three men suspected of having kidnapped the 8-year-old girl in the Vosges were arrested overnight from Wednesday to Thursday. They were found by gendarmes from the Nancy research section and the GIGN in the 19th arrondissement of Paris and were taken into police custody.

The three men, however, were not accompanied by the little girl. Mia and her mother, also suspected of having taken part in the kidnapping, are still wanted.

Profiles known to police services

Also according to the Parisian, the three suspects would be known to the police. They were followed by the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI), because of their membership in the survivalist movement, informs the daily. Survivalists are those who prepare to face all possible disasters (economic crisis, health or natural disaster).

These men are close to the ultra-right and “potentially dangerous” theses. Explosives of “military type” were also found in their Parisian apartment. Their disturbing profiles explain in particular why the kidnapping alert was raised a few hours after being triggered.

Find Mia

Investigators now hope to find Mia as soon as possible. They hypothesized that she is in the presence of her mother, Lola Montemaggi, who has been missing for a few days. As a reminder, the 8-year-old girl was kidnapped from her grandmother’s home by three kidnappers who pretended to be representatives of the judicial protection of young people.

Lola Montemaggi is forbidden to see her daughter alone and can normally only visit her twice a month. She would also be close to the survivalist movement and would like to live on the margins of society with the girl, reports Le Parisien.

Mia is a European type child and measures 1m30. She has brown eyes and long, brown hair with bangs. At the time of the kidnapping, she was wearing black pants with a t-shirt and a zipped gray sweatshirt with gold dots. She was also dressed in a white puffer jacket with black polka dots and white fur lining, and gold earrings with a red design. If you locate the girl, do not intervene and contact the police.
