Helene Fischer has “that certain something” for him

Tom Jones sang in a duet with Helene Fischer in 2016. In a new interview, the singer is now full of praise for his young colleague.
Tom Jones (80, “Delilah”) has made music with many of his artist colleagues. He was particularly taken with Helene Fischer (36, “Breathless through the night”), whom he met in 2016 as part of the “Helene Fischer Show”. “Bild am Sonntag” now revealed the Welshmanwhy the pop singer can keep up internationally.
“Your voice is enormous,” praised the 80-year-old in an interview with the newspaper. Fischer was “great” in their TV show, in which they performed together Jones’ hit “Sexbomb”. “She has that certain something, that certain spark and the drive.” The 36-year-old “Herzbeben” interpreter is “a good example of what you have to bring as an artist”. And, Jones continued: “German virtues have never hurt.”
