Thursday March 16 in Tomorrow belongs to us…

LISA RETURNS TO HER PAST

At the police station, Lisa confides in Martin about the murder of her parents. A story that made headlines. The murderer, nicknamed ‘The Monster of Argenteuil’, had placed the body of the Hassan couple on the sofa. Their faces were very close as if they were going to kiss. When Lisa saw the photos of the Chassagne couple in the same position, she understood that the killer had started again.

However, Martin would like to avoid drawing hasty conclusions, especially since there are differences between the two cases since, unlike the Chassagnes, the Hassans died of a bullet to the head. However, Lisa knows full well that a killer can change his modus operandi. The assassin having placed a security blanket near the body of the Chassagnes as had been the case with her parents, Lisa is convinced that the one they are looking for is none other than ‘The Monster of Argenteuil’. Recognizing disturbing similarities, Martin finally decides to brief his teams and recover all the files from the time. Before getting to work, Lisa warns him, however, that his little sister is not aware of this story and urges him to keep it a secret to protect her. Martin assures us that she can count on him.

Without waiting, Lisa resumes the first reports on the murder of the Chassagnes with Commander Constant. Monday, a little before 5 p.m., Corinne Chassagne’s neighbor sees her go home. According to the fadettes, Corinne texted her husband at 5:09 p.m. asking him to come home. A fact that was confirmed by Serge’s boss since the latter asked to leave earlier that day. Serge therefore returned to his home around 5:30 p.m. For her part, Corinne did not show up for her meeting with her lawyer and no longer answered her phone calls, just like her husband. The autopsy has yet to confirm it, but they would be dead at 6 p.m. Insofar as Corinne had no reason to bring her husband, the police deduce that the SMS was a trap.

At the same time, Georges received the Argenteuil dossier and briefed his colleagues. Between 2008 and 2012, there were three unsolved murders in and around Argenteuil. More particularly double homicides on couples with children, including that of Lisa’s parents. And that’s not all. In Nantes, there were two other murders between 2013 and 2018. With the Chassagnes, this represents six murders spread over fifteen years. According to the profiling report at the time, the murderer was a young man in his twenties who suffered trauma during his childhood which would have led him to target couples in conflict. From now on, the investigators are certain that ‘The monster of Argentueil’ has indeed started killing again.

In the afternoon, Martin summons Lisa to stay away from the investigation. Angry, the latter begs him not to do this. Indeed, she is convinced that she is the only one who can get things done since she knows the file by heart. Unfortunately, Commander Constant’s decision is made. However, he promises to keep her informed of progress.

Martin then meets Raphaëlle to tell her that her office has been robbed by an amateur. According to him, the burglary has nothing to do with the Chassagne affair. Moreover, he takes the opportunity to tell her that the Chassagne girl will be looked after by the ASE and then that she will go live with her aunt.

Back at the police station, Martin learns that the coroner has just completed his report on the Chassagnes. What intrigued him from the start were the raised circular bruises in the scalp of the two victims caused by a non-tethered projectile kill gun. In other words, it’s a cattle gun that sends a steel bullet to the pit of the brain.

Later, Victoire notices that her cousin is not well. Tears in her eyes, Lisa tells him the whole story. Victoire, who was unaware of the true circumstances of the death of her uncle and her aunt, reassures Lisa by affirming that she did what was necessary to protect Amel. Shortly after, the young woman tells him that she now has a chance to stop the killer.

In the evening, Bart arrives at Sara and Roxane’s. Worried, he offers to move in with them while this affair settles down. An offer that Roxane immediately accepts to be reassured.

At the same time, Victoire helps Lisa put the files on the ‘Monstre d’Argenteuil’ case in the trunk of her car. In the distance, someone is watching them.

JACK AND RAYANE GET ACCOMPLISHED

Audrey and Damien went on a romantic vacation to Marrakech. In their absence, the Roussel siblings took the opportunity to take it easy and the apartment is upside down. Jack, whose sight is improving, finishes tidying up the apartment when he receives a visit from Rayane. Indeed, the two teenagers have planned to revise. Going to get something to eat in the fridge, Rayane realizes that there is water everywhere because the freezer is broken.

As the teenagers start cleaning up, the situation quickly escalates into a water fight. Particularly complicit, Jack and Rayane are about to kiss when Jordan and Lizzie come home from high school.

Jack, Jordan and Lizzie then decide to wait for Damien to come home to fix the freezer. To prevent the dishes prepared by their mother from ending up in the trash, they choose to distribute them to the neighbours. As there are still many left, Jordan invites Judith to dinner and Jack offers Rayane to stay. The atmosphere is in a good mood at the Roussels, so much so that Jordan and Lizzie notice that the current is going rather well between their brother and Rayane. Moreover, they even tell themselves that it is made to last.

BENJAMIN THROWS A COLD

Alma and Benjamin have set themselves the goal of packing at least five boxes a day until they move. However, Alma has another idea in mind and tries to seduce her companion.

Afterwards, the couple goes back to work. Seeing the box containing Hadrian’s things when he was a baby, Alma is nostalgic. Benjamin therefore questions her about her desire to have another child. If the doctor wonders about the subject, it is not really the case of Alma. A discussion that immediately casts a chill.

Shortly after, Alma joins Victoire at the Spoon and tells her about the discussion she has just had with Benjamin. Victoire then confesses to him that this is the reason why they separated. For her part, Alma doesn’t know if she wants another child, especially since Hadrien is tall and it suits her well like that.

In the afternoon, Alma receives a visit from Jordan who has come to bring her her farewell meal. The opportunity for Alma to tell him how much he will miss him.
