POLICE DISCOVER DIEGO HAS A BROTHER

In the morning, Karim arrives at the Delcourts then takes Diego to the police station to question him. Indeed, the police found his DNA on the belongings that Bernard Lutti was carrying at the time of his attempted murder.

During his interrogation, during which he is assisted by master Perraud, Diego is particularly nervous. Although he proclaims his innocence, Captain Saeed does not believe him and pushes him to confess. Raphaëlle then sees herself obliged to intervene and indicates that DNA traces are normal between a father and his son. She also specifies that her client was in Nancy at the time of the events since his phone ended up there that day. Only, Karim believes that the young man could very well have left his phone there to create an alibi. An absurd theory according to Raphaëlle who points out that the teenager has amnesia. Despite everything, Karim begins to doubt. This is why he asks to take a DNA sample to be fixed. What Diego accepts.

Meanwhile, Chloe struggles to believe that the police could imagine that Diego could have killed her father. While Judith and Alex remind her that they have no reason to believe him because they know nothing about his life, Chloé remains convinced that Diego is a victim in this story and maintains that he is a danger. If Alex has been afraid that he’ll walk them from the start, Chloe is intimately convinced that he’s innocent and has no intention of letting him down.

For their part, Georges and Nordine question Doctor Daunier to find out if it is possible that Diego is faking his amnesia. Even if it is quite possible, it still seems unlikely according to him. Indeed, Diego was very disoriented and deeply disturbed when he arrived at the hospital. Usual signs of memory loss. According to him, Diego’s amnesia was caused by a traumatic shock. So he could very well have lost his memory after killing his father. As they consider that Diego has an accomplice, the police decide to dig this track.

Subsequently, Nordine questioned a paramedic who was on call the evening of Bernard Lutti’s death. The latter allegedly saw a man wearing surgical gloves and a khaki sweatshirt speeding out of the hospital before fleeing on a bright blue electric bicycle.

For her part, Chloe is worried. She then goes to the police station where she asks for news of Diego. Although he is still in custody, she obtains permission to speak to him. In full doubt, he begins to believe that he killed his father. Chloe therefore points out to him that the police have nothing concrete and says she is certain that he is innocent. However, Diego retorts that she does not know him. Angry, he shouts that he has amnesia and that he could very well have twisted before asking Chloe to leave him alone.

At the Spoon, Chloe informs Alex that Diego has been taken into custody. Since the teenager was very disturbed, Chloe asks herself a lot of questions and comes to wonder if the teenager would not have lied to her. Faced with her distress, Alex makes her understand that she did what she could for Diego and that she cannot save the whole earth.

At nightfall, Georges receives the results of Diego Lutti’s DNA sample. The DNA found on Bernard Lutti’s shirt only partially corresponds to that of Diego, which means that he has a brother and that he is the culprit!

WEDDING PREPARATIONS CONTINUE AT THE ROUSSELS

At Coco Zéphyr, Tristan gives Léo, Jordan, Jack and Lizzie a taste of the different dishes he imagined for Audrey and Damien’s wedding. Unfortunately, the Roussel children cannot come to an agreement. Tristan then has an idea.

Later, Jack, Jordan and Lizzie pretend to cook and then have Audrey and Damien try out Tristan’s dishes. While Audrey doesn’t like duck, Damien isn’t a fan of fish. The Roussel children therefore agree to keep it simple. It will be a seafood platter, skewers and fries.

For their part, Audrey and Damien understood very well that the children made them taste dishes for their wedding. Given the staging of this morning, as much to say that the bride and groom are reassured to see that the meal will be managed by a real chef. But Audrey and Damien are above all very touched by their investment. Besides, Damien tells Audrey how wonderful he finds his children.

A POSITIVE TEST PUT SOIZIC IN ALL ITS STATES

Amel had a few exams at the hospital. Indeed, the young woman had been feeling tired lately. According to the results of the blood test, she caught mononucleosis which is more commonly known as the kissing disease. As it is transmitted by saliva, Dr. Lazzari takes advantage of Adam accompanying his cousin to prescribe a blood test.

Later, Soizic meets Adam and Amel in the halls of the hospital. Faced with Amel’s little face, the mother of the family asks her a few questions about her state of health, but Adam indicates that it is none of her business.

A few hours later, Adam calls Victoire and tells her that he does have mononucleosis. Once she gave him some recommendations, Victoire hung up. Soizic, who heard them discussing, then tries to find out what is going on. However, Victoire tells him that she is bound by medical secrecy and that she intends to respect it.

Nevertheless, it is bad to know Soizic who has not said his last word. Immediately, the latter instructs Julie to recover the results of her son’s analysis in her medical file and at the same time those of Amel. Although she does not find it very ethical, the young woman ends up being convinced.
