The victims of a huge stock market scam decide to take revenge by robbing the luxurious apartment where the businessman responsible for their ruin is under house arrest… Such is the delicious pitch of this Central Park Heist, released in the hexagonal rooms in 2011.

Unlike the gentlemen robbers of the Ocean’s Eleven style, it’s a band of broken hands who take care of getting the job done in The Central Park Heist. All the stereotypes of losers are there: a flouted and reprimanded manager, a broker going bankrupt, a penniless concierge-to-be father…

The great quality of this very nice heist comedy, which perfectly fulfills its mission to entertain, is its superb casting. Alongside Ben Stiller and Eddie Murphy, we find Matthew Broderick, Tea Leoni, Michael Peña and Casey Affleck who has the funny distinction of having played in the Ocean saga AND The Central Park Heist!
