Why Pierre Chomet has “the beautiful role”?

Pierre Chomet passes “a lot of time with the candidates, the families. He gets to know them which secures them a little bit. They stress less“, believes Philippe Etchebest. Until now, this was part of the missions of the juror of Top chef. From now on, he favors the cuisine of those who come before him. “The arrival of Pierre allows me to focus more on the culinary aspect of the candidates, their support, their progress – which is extremely important to me“, assured us Philippe Etchebest.
