Convening of a Combined General Meeting

Port-Gentil, September 05, 2022

The Board of Directors met today at the invitation of its Chairman and decided to exceptionally convene a Combined General Meeting on Friday September 23, 2022.

Given the strength of the company’s balance sheet and available cash, the board of directors has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of $55.56 per share, or $250 million for all shareholders. .
