A 40-year-old man living in the Tarn was indicted and placed in pre-trial detention for having, in particular, raped his own daughter and filmed these sexual assaults, Agence France-Presse learned on Tuesday December 27 from the Toulouse prosecutor’s office. . The individual, residing in Saint-Juéry, a town near Albi, had been the subject of a report after his IP address was identified by the cybergendarmes.
She was “involved in the downloading of more than 16,000 child pornography files between May and November 2022”, indicates a press release from the national gendarmerie released on Tuesday. The search and examination of his computer equipment, following his arrest on December 14, confirmed the possession of child pornography images and led to “the discovery of videos of sexual assaults and rapes committed on his own minor daughter,” the statement added.
The girl was between 9 and 10 years old at the time of the events, the Toulouse prosecutor’s office told Agence France-Presse. The father was indicted on December 16 for “incestuous rape of a minor under 15”, “capture and possession of child pornography”, “sexual assault” and immediately placed in pre-trial detention.
