The ingredients for 4 people :
Custard :
- 3 egg yolks
- 40g sugar
- 30 g of cornstarch
- 25 cl of whole milk + 1 vanilla pod
- 25 g cold butter, cut into small cubes
White cheese whipped cream:
- 12.5 cl of full cream 35%
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 15 g icing sugar
Finishing:
- 2 to 3 cans of chestnut cream of 100 g
- 6 to 8 candied chestnuts
- 1 ten small meringues
As for utensils, you will need: 3 salad bowls, two whisks, a saucepan, a roll of cling film, a hand mixer or a food processor, a maryse and a glass bowl on foot 20 to 22 cm in diameter and 15 cm tall or glass cups
