The ingredients for 4 people :

  • 1 Victoria pineapple, sliced
  • 90 g sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 120 g of plain yogurt
  • 240 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g of sunflower oil
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

As for utensils, you will need: a frying pan, a spatula, a salad bowl, a whisk, a spatula, a mold to miss, a grid and a sheet of baking paper.

Pour the sugar with the water in a pan and make a light caramel. Place the pineapple slices and brown them lightly. Remove the fruit and place them in a mold with the remaining caramel.
