Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift had a dinner date in Argentina. A video shows the two holding hands as they leave the restaurant.
Pop star Taylor Swift (33) and sports professional Travis Kelce (34) were spotted holding hands in Argentina on Friday evening. The “People” magazine shows a video on its Instagram account that shows the two leaving a restaurant. She – in a gray miniskirt and black top – runs ahead and has him – in a loose short-sleeved shirt and trousers combination – by the hand. Also visible: two other men. One is said to be her father, Scott Kingsley Swift (71). You can also clearly hear the applause and cheers from the other restaurant guests as the couple walks past.
As the magazine further reports, the two dined in a private room at Elena, a restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires. A source reported that the two “looked so cute on their relaxed date.”
Free time and concert postponement
The outing came just hours after the NFL star was spotted exiting a jet at an airport near Buenos Aires. Although Kelce is currently in the middle of football season, he was able to make the trip abroad because his team had a week off. All 32 teams in the NFL are entitled to the seven-day free period. The athlete had already used the free time on Thursday to support his Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes (28) at the “15 and the Mahomies Foundation” gala.
Taylor Swift, on the other hand, was on stage on Thursday evening at the start of the international part of her “Eras” tour. Fan-recorded videos from the show show the Grammy winner performing “Labyrinth” for the first time during the “Surprise Songs” portion of her set. Since the “Midnights” track contains lyrics about “falling in love again,” fans speculated that the song was included in her extensive setlist because of her new love.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were able to spend a lot of time together on Friday as their scheduled performance on that date had to be postponed due to bad weather. Swift called the weather “really chaotic” and said it would be “unsafe” to host the show. “I love a rain show, but I will never endanger my fans or my cast and crew,” she added in an Instagram story. Her appearance has been postponed to Sunday.
