Available since July 2021 on PS4, PS5 and PC, Tribes of Midgard is about to land on Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles. Indeed, these versions will arrive this summer, and more precisely on August 16th. For the occasion, the developers at Norsfell Games have also planned to release Season 3, named “Inferno Saga”.
Landing on August 16, on all gaming platforms, Season 3 will bring its share of new features to Tribes of Midgard. First of all, note that the development studio in charge has reworked survival mode in order to deliver an alternative gaming experience, which aims to be ” more relaxed » : The Jötnar will no longer attack your village. It will still be possible to face them, by meeting them in the regions of Midgard, in order to recover various rewards. This should allow players to safely shape their village.
On this subject, the construction mode has been redesigned, for this new version of the survival mode, and the players will have to be “ autonomous to make objects “. Over new constructions and decorations will arrive with Season 3.
In addition, this third season will introduce a brand new biomeor “The Volcanic Spire”, in English, as well as new quests. It will be necessary, moreover, endure rising temperatures, rivers of lava, and fiery enemies » of the area, before discovering and facing the new boss. Fortunately, we will be able to count on new weapons, such as spears, allowing us to attack from a greater distance.
