Impressed, Vivien is emotionally closer to him than ever, which Monika does not miss. Sina braves the news that Bambi’s condition is deteriorating, but despair overwhelms her.

Erik has to admit that he would gladly accept Laura’s job offer. But the longing for Toni is too great to cancel the trip together. Laura understands that Toni is tipping the scales and informs her about Erik’s dilemma. Laura’s ruse catches fire, because shortly afterwards Erik receives an unexpected call from Toni.
