Nihat tries to keep Lilly at a distance. When a student flirts at him, Nihat falls into old patterns. While Paul and Tuner believe that Nihat will never change, Nihat wonders with resignation why he is so unable to relate. Of all people, Nazan gets all of Felix's frustration. Nevertheless, she professionally convinces him of alternative savings measures in the hospital. Felix is impressed while someone watches them.
