The “Quartet” (ZDF) investigates the death of a student. Was it murder? Eckart von Hirschhausen invites you to the “Quiz des Menschen” (The First). In “Finding Dorie” (Sat.1) a forgetful fish lady goes in search of her parents.
8:15 p.m., ZDF, The Quartet: The Dead on the Balcony, crime thriller
A Leipzig medical student falls from a balcony and is instantly dead. Was it the result of a relationship quarrel, self-negligence or a planned murder? One thing quickly became clear: the fall from the balcony of the student dormitory should look like suicide, and there are signs of battle on the victim. “The quartet” around Commissioner Maike Riem (Anja Kling) has to ask itself whether the death of the young Katharina Amerell has anything to do with her sensitive research work.
8:15 p.m., Das Erste, Hirschhausen’s quiz of people, quiz show
Silky, shiny and thick hair was and always is the dream of many people: But what influence do genes have on our head of hair? How many inches does a hair grow per year? And why does the main hair thin out with increasing age, especially in men? Dr. Eckart von Hirschhausen and his prominent guests in “Hirschhausen’s Quiz of the People”. Also there are: cabaret artist Torsten Sträter, dancer Motsi Mabuse, entertainer Jürgen von der Lippe, musician Rea Garvey, presenter Sonja Zietlow and top chef Alexander Kumptner.

The always scattered fish lady Dorie lives with Nemo and Merlin in a coral reef. Then she suddenly remembers that she is actually looking for her parents. So the three set off together. But Dorie’s forgetfulness leads her on hilarious astray.

New pentathlon, new celebrities and new episodes with the dream team “Pocher-Jauch”. Five celebrities want to beat Günther Jauch on RTL: Can he stand alone against five stars in a new “5 gegen Jauch” episode? It’s about a profit of up to 100,000 euros for a good cause. Will the “Godfather of the German Quiz” manage to beat the overwhelming majority all by himself? Oliver Pocher moderates.
10:10 p.m., Sat.1, ready for vacation, comedy
Jim (Adam Sandler) and Lauren (Drew Barrymore) are single parents and immediately notice after the first date that they will never become a couple. But they run into each other a few more times – and by a stupid coincidence they end up in the same hotel room in South Africa with their respective children. This vacation will be a real challenge for the unequal singles and their families.
