Twitch: Domingo and Gotaga explain why they are taking a step back from streaming

While many streamers have fully resumed their activities after a few weeks of summer vacation, some seem more detached from the Twitch FR environment. This is particularly the case of Gotaga as well as Domingo, who explained live the reasons behind these more or less sudden drops in streams.

A drop in streams noticed by the community

The fans of the two streamers have seen it well, it’s been some time since the latter stream a little less than usual. But while one says he is taken by various factors of everyday life, the other wishes to favor relevant content and above all that is close to his heart.

In a recent stream, the French Monster spoke about the drop in frequency of his lives on Twitch, saying that a cocktail of “stuff” from his everyday life led the streamer to be less present.

“There are things in my everyday life that make me live a little less, Gotaga begins. My office is still not there, but on top of that, there is no game .
[…]
Since the ZLAN maybe I got used to having this comfort of not live. In addition the other years there was this pressure to be number 1.

As Gotaga says so well, this is a combination of many factors that led him to broadcast less on Twitch. Now, the streamer humorously believes that “Kameto has the trick, it’s his own pressure”. Regarding this lack of game mentioned by Gotaga, the latter says that the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as well as Bedwars games on the future Minecraft server of Inoxtag will undoubtedly relaunch his channel.

The Popcorn presenter, like Gotaga, has many projects in progress, which take up a lot of his time. Between broadcasts, GP Explorer or Amine’s Eleven All-Stars in which he will participate, Domingo has little rest. In one of his streams, he explains to his community that in addition to all this, he does not want to force himself to produce content, but rather to offer lives when he wants to in order to delight his viewers with a constant good mood. .

“I’ve been streaming for ten years, he continues, and I’ve oriented my content to keep streaming fun, so as not to force myself. I don’t give you hours to do hours. In the sense that I’m not going to say to myself: “Well, I don’t want to stream at all, but hey, Wednesday afternoon I’m going to send myself a little 5 hours of Overwatch which doesn’t hype me up at all, just to be able to tell people that they have made their sub profitable”.
[…]
My evolution tends more towards lives from time to time and doing things that really make me love and have a good time with you, rather than occupying the field and doing eight hours of live a day.

Of course, the two streamers will do above all what is important to them so as not to have to leave in total burn-out. One thing is certain, their communities will always be there to support them!

When it’s too much… it’s too much!

Take a step back, that’s the decision Antoine Daniel made last week, tired of all the controversy on Twitter. He therefore deleted his account created in 2012 since his time as a famous YouTuber, who had more than 1 million followers. The streamer had already taken a step back from Elon Musk’s platform, but affected by a total burnout, he wanted to detach himself from this world for good.

“I’m going to deactivate my Twitter account, that’s it, it’s decided. […] In fact, I’m too addicted to Twitter, I read too much. And even if I delete the stuff, I will always find a way to go see. So the only way for me to escape all this is to delete my account. […] Why ? Well, there are too many sons of bitches. It’s tiring and I can’t discipline myself because even though I delete the app from the phone, after a while I’m going to reinstall it. Whereas there, if I delete it… […] It’s eating my head too much…”

Like what sometimes in order to protect yourself or to take the time to do what you love, you have to take a step back and detach yourself from certain things. Although Domingo and Gotaga have not taken such drastic decisions as that of Antoine Daniel, they decide today to stream a little less frequently for various reasons but will be on top of each of their streams, there is no doubt !
