A few short days ago, Grenier player, aka JDG, Jidège, or even his real name Frederic Molasmade the sad observation of the slow but real tear between the different communities of streamers, highlighting those of the “Monday team” as he was able to say (with Antoine Daniel, MisterMV, Mynthos, Ultia, Ponce.. .) and those of Amine, Billy or even Kameto and Inoxtag.
An inevitable tear?
For several weeks, if not several months in reality, the various viewers have indeed been engaged in an endless fight, through the drama we had between Ultia and Inoxtag during ZEvent 2021. Despite an explanation between the two streamers and an apology from the young Inoxtag, it was without counting on his fans who continue despite everything to harass the young woman on the RS and this at the slightest opportunity.
More recently, things actually got worse with Amine’s event which generated quite a lot of reactions on the RS, with on one side the communities of Ponce and Ultia, and on the other those of Amine, Inox or even Pfut.
Thereby, according to JDG, this is a real split that worries himand following his statements, ZeratoR wanted to come back to some of his remarks. If according to JDG it is a “war” between the different communities who do not like each other, ZeratoR speaks about a generational divide.

We are not going to hide it, but we all feel the tensions of the different communities on the RS, and following the words of JDG, several viewers of ZeratoR mentioned the streamer for their perspective, and this one was clear: it’s mostly “a generational divide with streamers talking to people who are mostly over 20, and streamers talking to people who are mostly under 20“, without doing any specific targeting.
I’m generalizing. I’m mostly talking about the people who follow and make “noise” around these communities. (…) There are people who watch my lives who are under 15, I know that. And yet, the majority of my viewers are over 25 years old.
Furthermore, he comes back to certain comments with which he agrees, the latter which say that if streamers don’t mix, communities won’t either, and in his case, ZeratoR explains that’s what he’s always done, mix with othersjust with the ZEvent or the ZLan, and it’s always good to learn from others and get out of your comfort zone.
In my personal case, I have always tried to mix with everyone, because I find that we have to learn from everyone. It’s cool in addition to getting out of your comfort zone with people you wouldn’t necessarily rub shoulders with in some areas and rub shoulders with in another. That’s why I created the FFS, that’s why I created the ZEvent, that’s why I do the ZLAN, that’s why when I do “Progress WoW “I invite about twenty people who are not necessarily my friends…
Finally, he ends with a rather sad but true observation, with the fact that today, over the years, streamers are less interested than before in the events he offers, and that as a result, we don’t see in it all the possible communities.

But it’s true that today, I regret that not all streamers are interested in the ZEvent, by a ZLAN, by the FFS… Which are, for me, the three events that I created in which, at one time, there was everyone! In any case, all the people whose job streaming was. All the big communities, obviously not all the streamers, all the time. But, typically, ZLAN 1, there were all the big streamers in there. And most of those who weren’t there wanted to be there. ZEvent and FFS are the same thing. (…) And it’s true that, seeing that today, when I organize these events exactly the same way, we only see half of the large communities there, or a quarter, well it’s true that it makes me a little sad. You say to yourself “it’s a shame”.
So afterwards, it’s true that there is also a weariness. I know that there are people who didn’t come to ZEvent this year because they thought they had covered it. I talked about it with them and I told them “it’s a shame, because the ZEvent, it’s you who do it! It’s not me, I invite people in the same room, then this happens on your lives, you do it.” I didn’t really understand how they could find weariness with something that is their own live and of which they do what they want. There are still people who play for three days, and others who do wrestling, and between the two we do a little what we want! (…) But I can’t blame people for not participating (…) everyone obviously does what they like. I don’t think there’s really any “fault”. In my opinion, it is above all the generational divide.
