Two dead, one seriously injured: a 23-year-old with a blood alcohol level of 1.75 caused a tragic accident in Radenthein at Easter – for which he is in court in Klagenfurt on Tuesday.

You’ve already been caught in 2021. Where is your learning effect?” The young man, accompanied by his parents, remains unanswered. His defense attorney, Alexander Jelly, tries to be more vocal: “Two lives have been wiped out this minute and one will never be the same again was – my client has to take responsibility and live with it.” Attempts to apologize to the mother of one of the victims failed: “A letter won’t bring my daughter back,” she says. The verdict is still pending.
