Ubisoft: Oddo raises its target on speculative lure

(CercleFinance.com) – Oddo BHF reaffirms its ‘outperformance’ opinion on Ubisoft with a price target raised from 57 to 65 euros, highlighting a ‘revived speculative appeal following the mega-operations M&A (mergers and acquisitions) in the sector ‘.

‘These mega-operations M&A further isolate Ubisoft, whose turnover does not exceed 2.2 billion euros with low exposure to the mobile segment (8%) and the obligation to overinvest to stay in the race’, estimates the analyst.

‘The pressure is therefore strong on the leaders of Ubisoft to deliver in 2022 and thus show the interest of remaining independent. Otherwise, many predators could arise, including Vivendi and Tencent,’ he continues.
