An image that cuts the appetite. Eager to taste chicken at one of the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Twickenham (England), a customer of the restaurant chain had the unpleasant surprise to discover a head of chicken in her order this week.
Unhappy with her surprising discovery during her meal, the English client, called Gabrielle, did not fail to share this cliché as well as a harsh criticism on social networks.

“We were sincerely surprised by this photo. Since Gabrielle contacted us, we are trying to find out how this could have happened, ”said a representative of the American firm in a statement relayed by the New York Post.
Reinforcement of controls announced
“To put it simply, we serve real chicken – and we are proud of it – but this has obviously escaped the strict processes and controls put in place with our suppliers, our partners and our teams, who prepare everything home in our restaurants”, a analyzed the representative.
