To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Nanoleaf is releasing a limited edition of its light panels. This series, baptized Ultra Black Triangles, takes the opposite view of ultra-colored lights to adorn itself with black.
“To celebrate 10 years of its global community supporting the company from Kickstarter to selling it in over 100 countries today”, Nanoleaf has launched a new starter kit of its connected light panels, in limited edition. This series, called Ultra Black Triangles, inaugurates a new design. After declining shapes (square, triangular, hexagonal) and textures (wooden prints), the Canadian manufacturer is now unveiling luminous triangles with a total black look, the antithesis of decorative panels for gamers and streamers to which the brand has accustomed us. The idea? Bring a “elegant geometric art piece” when the panel is off and a bright, colorful and vibrant environment when on. Indeed, the Ultra Black Triangles always work with RGB to provide personalized lighting in time with the music. Only the design changes since these panels retain all the functionalities and lighting modes dear to Nanoleaf (static or dynamic lighting, color scrolling rhythm, lighting programming, geolocation, synchronization with the sound environment, etc.) .
Always connected to the home’s Wi-Fi network, these triangular panels are controlled using a smartphone or voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri). Nanoleaf also assures that Ultra Black Shapes is “equipped with screen mirroring, beat music visualizer, touch screen, calendars and exclusive Connect+ technology to create creative designs with the Shapes panels (triangles, mini-triangles and hexagons) and Items”.
The starter kit includes nine light triangles, including the control triangle, nine connectors as well as numerous double-sided adhesives, all for €219.99. Count €69.99 for the addition of three triangles. The bill is salty for mood lighting, but Nanoleaf relies on the many facets of its lighting to pass the pill.
