Bandai Namco has just revealed the future release of the new Battle Royale My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble. The game will be free-to-play and will be released on PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.

My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble has just been revealed and pwill take place in the universe of the eponymous manga My Hero Academia. It was announced in the last issue from Weekly Jump, a Japanese magazine, according to Gematsu. For now, we know almost nothing about this game, apart from the information contained in two photos of the Weekly Jump. A sentence written on the magazine states: “Form teams to win a 24-player free-for-all in multiplayer“.

My Hero Academia: Ultra Rumble should know a closed beta test phase, usual thing for this kind of games. We should also find in the game characters well known to MHA fans, Izuku Midoriya, the hero of the story but also his friends Katsuki Bakugo, Shoto Todoroki as well as his tutor All Might. As for the scenario of the game, it is too early to be sure but according to certain clues detected by the fans, iIt would take place following certain events in the anime.

When we try to trace the source of this information, we find that Gematsu credits a person on Twitter, but by going there, Tweet has been deleted. Maybe that issue of Weekly Jump hadn’t come out yet and that person had received a copy in advance? It is important to remember that MHA: Ultra Rumble does not yet have an official release date. More information will be revealed over the weeks.
