Un Si Grand Soleil: what has become of Stéphane Monpetit (Eliott) since his departure from the series?

After playing Eliott Faure in “Un si grand soleil”, Stéphane Monpetit is back on the small screen in “Les Siffleurs”, a mini-series broadcast tomorrow evening on France 2.

Unforgettable in the role of Eliott Faure in Un si grand soleil, Stéphane Monpetit had left the series in January 2022 to devote himself to other projects. If the door has always remained open for a possible return, what has become of the actor since his departure from the daily soap opera of France 2?

After having walked the boards in the plays “Britney Spears – Tragedy” and more recently “L’Empreinte”, Stéphane Monpetit reappeared on television in Meurtres en Champagne, a TV movie broadcast on February 4 on France 3 in which he gave the reply to Stéphane Blancafort and Samira Lachhab.

And good news for fans of the actor since they will be able to find him tomorrow evening on France 2 in Les Siffleurs, a new mini-series in two 90-minute episodes co-written and directed by Nathalie Marchak.

In this thriller, young Lila decides to take a picture of her bullies to publicly denounce them on social networks. But after an evening with friends, the young woman suddenly disappears. In charge of the investigation, Captain Marianne Kacem cannot help but think that this student was unaware of walking around in a mini-skirt provoking her stalkers. Soon, however, her gaze will be called into question thanks to the charisma of the father of a friend of the victim.

For his part, Stéphane Monpetit will lend his features to Laurent Tardi and will notably play alongside Nadia Farès (La Promesse), Marion Delage, Louise Massin (Brigade Mobile), Charles Berling (L’île aux 30 coffins) and Ludmilla Makowski ( Lupine).
