In the center of the carousel was a round plate with a hole for fixing bolts. The boy put his finger in the hole and turned the disc. The first joint of his right index finger was completely severed. After first aid by the rescue and emergency doctor, he was immediately taken to the Klagenfurt Clinic by helicopter.
