The sales promises index rebounds by more than 8%
(Boursier.com) — The index of promised housing sales in the United States for the month of December 2023, measured by the National Association of Realtors, increased significantly by 8.3% compared to the previous month to stand at 77.3. Economists on average expected an increase of only 1.8% compared to the previous month according to FactSet, or a level of around 73.
