(Boursier.com) — Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine Foncière, 100% subsidiary of CRCAM Normandy-Seineacquired off-plan from the real estate developer Uniti, two new Senior Service Residences (RSS) located in Pont-Audemer (Eure) and Yvetot (Seine-Maritime). These are operated by Aquarelia.
This new partnership confirms the growing attraction of local authorities and territorial institutional investors for the affordable housing model intended for independent seniors and successfully deployed by Uniti and Aquarelia.
Uniti is thus entering into a new partnership relationship with the group Agricultural credit. Moreover, Crédit Agricole Normandie Seine-Foncière plans to invest a total of 30 million euros for the establishment of two RSS in the Normandy region.
