(CercleFinance.com) – Valeo announces the conclusion of a “strategic alliance agreement” with Ningbo Swell Industry – specialist in the design, manufacture and marketing of interior and exterior parts for
automobiles – for the development, production and marketing, on the Chinese market, of the next generations of grilles or front panels, incorporating innovative lighting systems.
By combining their expertise, Valeo and Swell intend to offer car manufacturers in China high value-added front ends incorporating lighting technologies.
Lighting all around and inside the vehicle is indeed one of the four pillars of Valeo’s value creation strategy.
