Valheim is coming to Xbox and Game Pass in Spring 2023

After a conference that unveiled many games that would be released in the next 12 months, Microsoft was not done with E3. But while their second presentation was to go into the detail of certain games, small surprises slipped in. This is particularly the case for Valheimwhich is scheduled for release on PC Game Pass in 2022, before it is also available on Xbox in 2023.

Specifically, the survival game is slated for fall 2022 on Microsoft Store and PC Game Pass. But with more than 10 million copies already sold, was it necessary? Probably not, but it further expands Microsoft’s offer, in addition to giving the opportunity to some refractory to try it. However, this is obviously not the only interest of this announcement.

Currently only available on PC, Valheim will extend to Xbox consoles and its cloud from the spring of 2023. The Xbox Game Pass will then be enriched with a new title, but not only. With this release, Iron Gate AB will work hard to offer total gaming. Whether you have the title on Steam, Game Pass, PC or console, you can play with your friends wherever they are.
