Announced on PS4, PS5 and PC via Steam initially, the game will obviously be part of a prestigious line, that of Valkyrie Profile, a title beloved by Japanese RPG enthusiasts. Built around an original scenario rich in dilemmas, this new adventure introduces an original story, in a universe close to self-destruction. Players will once again follow the destiny of a Valkyrie, to whom the Gods have entrusted the destiny of the world.
Far from the fights with several who accompanied the first steps of Lenneth and her heiresses, the title will rather take the path of hack and slash in real time, with a few finishes to support the combos with the sword. As in previous games, it will always be possible to recruit the Einherjar, deceased in the service of the Nordic Gods, who can therefore join forces with those of the heroine.
Finally, and as those who watched the trailer cowardly before reading this prose have no doubt guessed, it is once again Motoi Sakuraba, legendary composer of the series, who will be behind his keyboard for scores of which he has the secret.
