* VIVENDI VIV.PA reported turnover on Thursday
increasing in 2023, driven in particular by the acquisition of Lagardère, finalized at the end of the year, and by the performances of the Canal+ Group and Havas.
* ASTRAZENECA AZN.L and SANOFI SASY.PA antibody treatment was 90% effective in protecting infants from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)-related hospitalizations, according to a study by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention disease prevention (CDC).
* ALSTOM ALSO.PA will be excluded from the CAC40 index from March 18 and will be replaced by the ACCOR hotel group

* PLASTIC OMNIUM PLOF.PA announced Thursday that it had issued 500 million euros of bonds with a coupon of 4.875% for the general needs of the group.
* MONDI MNDI.L has reached an agreement in principle to buy DS SMITH SMDS.L for 5.14 billion pounds (6.01 billion euros). Mondi is seeking to create a paper and packaging giant with a market value of more than £10 billion.
* FINCANTIERI FCT.MI published on Thursday a basic annual profit up 80% to 397 million euros, supported by a solid performance in civil and defense shipbuilding.
