Vantiva cuts losses in 2023


(AOF) – Formerly known as Technicolor, the company Vantiva published its 2023 annual results showing a net loss of 283 million euros compared to a loss of 529 million euros a year earlier. Its adjusted Ebitda in 2023 amounts to 57 million euros compared to 55 million euros in 2022. Turnover fell by 25.3% over the period, coming to 2.07 billion euros. Free cash flow, before financial expenses and taxes, was positive by 13 million euros, down 75 million euros compared to 2022.

At the end of the financial year, Vantiva held cash of 133 million euros and an undrawn credit line of 76 million euros.

Total net debt (excluding asset rental) amounts to 366 million euros (in nominal terms).

For the 2024 fiscal year, the group is notably targeting an adjusted EBITDA of more than 140 million euros.
