This 44-year-old woman was released on December 16 after a one-and-a-half day police custody at Gaillac (Tarn) gendarmerie for “concealing a corpse”.
Since then, she continues to exchange by mail with Cédric Jubillar, 34, detained in solitary confinement at the Seysses remand center, near Toulouse, since his indictment for intentional homicide by spouse, on June 18. “Since my custody, I received four letters during the holidays, two by two,” she explained, without commenting on their content.

His lawyer, Fabienne Bex, clarified that his client was out of custody exhausted, ended on December 16 around 9 p.m. without any prosecution being retained, and has since preferred to stay in the background.
Her lawyer deplores the publication of a lot of information, according to her, to be erroneous. She thus denounced in particular the fact that “it was indicated that the new companion of Cédric Jubillar knew the latter ten years ago, which is totally false”.

Disappeared in the middle of the night
