Antoine de Precigout –
If you have an employee at home (housekeeper, gardener, nanny…), have made a rental investment or made donations to associations, you must have received a payment on your bank account on Monday: almost nine million households are affected by the tax credit advance paid on Monday 17 January. Each received an average of 605 euros, which corresponds to 60% of the total amount of tax reductions declared last year. The rest will be paid next summer.
From now on, you no longer need to wait a year to receive your tax credit. The Urssaf takes care of everything. If you wish, the administration even offers a new device: immediate advance. If, for example, you employ a cleaning lady for a total of 150 euros with charges, you are entitled to a tax allowance of 50%. Before, to be reimbursed, you had to wait. From now on with the immediate advance, the Urssaf pays your cleaning man directly, you benefit immediately from your tax credit and are therefore only deducted from 75 euros. Please note that this does not currently concern childcare. It will be for later, the time to refine the system a little.
