His appointment was made following a general meeting of shareholders held on August 19. It has been in effect since then.
The former deputy managing director of the group David Guyonnet, who had been acting since May 31 after the resignation of Jacques Bouthier from his mandate as chairman and managing director (CEO), resumes his place.
Mr. Hrr will endeavor to learn all the lessons from the current situation within the company, to consolidate the actions undertaken in terms of prevention, listening to weak signals of harassment and warning to ensure a peaceful and protective work environment for all employees, the company said.
Michael Hrr is 57 years old and of German nationality. He has spent his entire career with the Allianz group.
Founded in 1975, Assu 2000, which became Vilavi in January, presents itself as the leading French brokerage network serving individuals and professionals and boasts 1,800 employees, 163 million euros in turnover and nearly 550,000 insured customers.
