Serious allegations against Vin Diesel. His ex-assistant is suing for sexual assault. Now the actor came forward.
Now Vin Diesel (56) is also facing massive allegations: A former assistant of the Hollywood action star claims that the actor sexually harassed her during the filming of “Fast & Furious Five” in Atlanta in 2010. In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court According to Deadline, Diesel harassed Asta Jonasson in a room at the St. Regis Hotel there.
“Vin Diesel forcibly grabbed Ms. Jonasson, groped her breasts, and kissed her,” the sexual assault and discrimination lawsuit says. She then repeatedly said “no” loudly and clearly and tried to break away from Vin Diesel’s grasp. Later he got on his knees, groped her legs and tried to pull down her underwear.
As a result, Vin Diesel is said to have placed her hand on his erect penis and then masturbated. Jonasson accuses him of pushing her against the hotel wall during this time. According to the plaintiff’s statement, she kept her eyes closed, longed to be somewhere else and tried not to make her boss angry. After she heard Diesel moaning, he suddenly left her and went into the bathroom. Hours after the incident, Diesel reportedly fired her.
Vin Diesel’s lawyer has now spoken out
The judges should also review the dismissal that Diesel allegedly gave afterwards. According to the alleged victim’s lawyers, Diesel took advantage of his position of authority as an employer and his physical superiority to overpower their client. To this day she still suffers from the consequences of the alleged attack, from emotional stress as well as psychological and physical pain.
Meanwhile, Vin Diesel’s legal counsel also spoke out in a statement. Bryan Freedman stated that his client vehemently denies the allegations: “I want to make it very clear that Vin Diesel categorically and completely denies this allegation. This is the first time he has made this claim, which is more than 13 years old supposedly nine-day employee hears.” There is “clear evidence” that would completely refute these “outrageous claims.”
