(AOF) – Vinci will issue new shares reserved for group employees in France as part of its savings plan. The maximum number of shares that can be issued and the total amount of the issue will depend on the level of employee subscriptions to units to be issued by the “Castor Relais 2022/1” FCPE, which will be noted at the end of the subscription period, which will take place from January 1 to April 30, 2022. Their number may not exceed 1.5% of the company’s capital. The issue price was set at 85.59 euros per new share.
