This suspension of trading takes place in order to allow us to communicate quickly.
Visiomed Group firmly denies all the defamatory allegations contained in Bewellthy’s press release: our 2022 accounts are audited, our Board of Directors resolutions and agreements within the Bewellthy joint venture, which holds 100% of BewellConnect, have been and are always carried out in good and due form.
The misleading publication of the leaders of BewellConnect, the week of August 15, the day before a weekend and by an unlisted company, is only intended to harm Visiomed Group.
Visiomed Group will take the necessary legal measures against the persons who published and relayed these misleading comments.
Visiomed Group now intends to reassure its shareholders of its good financial and operational health, as shown by the publication of our turnover for the first half of 2023, up +41%, and the many development stages initiated and successfully completed by the group.
As a reminder, Bewellthy, holding 100% of BewellConnect, is a minority stake of Visiomed Group, managed by its majority shareholder and under the responsibility of the latter. This participation is not consolidated and does not contribute to the group’s turnover.
Visiomed Group will communicate Monday, August 21 before opening in a more substantial way in order to respond point by point to the denigrations to which it is subject.
