medical center of more than 600 m

in the heart of the very dynamic financial district of Riyadh: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD).
The new center will offer the Group’s unique know-how, already deployed in the Smart Salem centers in Dubai, combining technology, speed of processing patient data and medical expertise. Patients will thus be able to benefit from an ultra-fast and fully digitalized screening service for administrative medical tests as well as a range of health check-ups and prevention at the cutting edge of research.
Exemplifying the Kingdom’s development policy, KAFD is a booming business hub home to large public and private Saudi entities as well as a wide range of major international companies that choose Saudi Arabia and KAFD as their new regional headquarters. The KAFD area is already well occupied and extensions of the real estate stock are continuing in order to accommodate more companies and also develop commercial and residential areas.
Riyadh is home to a population of almost 7 million people. 60% of Riyadh’s population is 25 minutes from KAFD, 85% 35 minutes. 3 metro lines also connect KAFD to Riyadh International Airport with a travel time of 20 minutes.

Smart Health will now finalize the design phase of this new center, prior to the start of work. The investment and financing methods envisaged are comparable to what the Group has already successfully implemented in Dubai for the Smart Salem centers. The center will open its doors in 2024.
