(AOF) – Gameloft, leader in the creation and publishing of games, announces the appointment of Alexandre de Rochefort as Chief Executive Officer. He was previously General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Gameloft. Two new talents have also been appointed members of the Executive Committee: Hoang-Vi Klatchoian as Chief Financial Officer and Pierre-Yves Berthet, previously VP M&A of Vivendi, as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
