(AOF) – Vivendi, which will re-enter the CAC 40 on December 18 to replace Worldline, announced the approval of the extension to June 15, 2025 of the period for exercising Lagardère share transfer rights. “It is recalled that the other terms and conditions of the transfer rights, described in the information note approved on April 12, 2022 by the Financial Markets Authority, remain unchanged, and in particular their exercise price of 24.10 euros guaranteed by the establishments presenting the public offer”, specifies the media and communication giant.
