Vivendi VIV.PA said in a statement on Wednesday that it would study a plan to split its activities into several entities.
These entities, which would each be listed on the stock exchange, would be structured in particular around Canal+, Havas and an investment company in culture and media including in particular the participation in Lagardère, indicated the French group.
