(CercleFinance.com) – Vivendi announces its decision to offer beneficiaries of Lagardère share transfer rights allocated during its public purchase offer for Lagardère shares, to extend their currently set deadline to June 15, 2025 to December 15, 2023.
This proposal will align the period for exercising transfer rights with Lagardère’s first full financial year.
It will be submitted to a general meeting of transfer rights beneficiaries convened for December 11, 2023.
