(CercleFinance.com) – Vivendi announces that Gameloft, leader in the creation and publishing of games and a company of the Vivendi group, has proceeded to the appointment of Alexandre de Rochefort as Chief Executive Officer.
Alexandre de Rochefort was previously General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Gameloft.
New appointments have been made within the Executive Committee, Hoang-Vi Klatchoian as Chief Financial Officer and Pierre-Yves Berthet, previously VP M&A of Vivendi, as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
Vivendi specifies that Baudouin Corman, who spent 17 years with Gameloft in Europe, the USA and South America, is leaving his position as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer to devote himself to new projects.
