PARIS, May 19 (Reuters) – Vivendi, controlled by Vincent Bolloré, announced on Thursday a new team for its management board from June 24, with the appointment of François Laroze as its new chief financial officer.
The French media giant indicates that François Laroze will retain his position as financial director at Havas.
“The entire Supervisory Board is very pleased to welcome new members to a renewed Executive Board around Arnaud de Puyfontaine, its Chairman,” said Yannick Bolloré, Chairman of Vivendi’s Supervisory Board, quoted in a press release. (Written by Matthieu Protard)
