(AOF) – Qatar Holding LLC indicated on Sunday that it had no intention of tendering its Lagardère shares to the public offer filed by Vivendi on February 21. The investment company, which holds 11.52% of the capital of the parent company of Europe 1 and JDD, indicated that it “could consider purchasing or selling Lagardère SA shares in depending on market opportunities and/or applicable regulatory requirements”.
