(CercleFinance.com) – Vivendi announces that it has signed a promise to purchase received from CTS Eventim, relating to its international festival and ticketing activities, an operation which should be able to be concluded in the coming months, after consultation with the authorities of the staff.
The activities in question achieved a turnover of 137 million euros in 2023, of which approximately 105 million for ticketing activities (mainly in the United Kingdom and the American market) and 32 million for festival activities.
‘This operation will ensure the greatest continuity for the teams, the partners, the festivals themselves and the regions in which they take place. See Tickets and the festivals will retain their identity and management,’ says Vivendi.
The French communications and entertainment giant specifies that its concert hall activities, including L’Olympia in Paris, as well as See Tickets France and the Brive Festival are not affected by this agreement.
