Feb 10 (Reuters) – Vodafone said on Thursday it had rejected a preliminary expression of interest from Iliad, an alliance with fund Apax, for its entire business in Italy.
Reuters reported on Wednesday that Iliad, the telecoms group of Xavier Niel, offered more than 11 billion euros to Vodafone to buy its Italian activities. (French version Bertrand Boucey, edited by Blandine Hénault)
