Warzone: fake rocks disturb players on Caldera

Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific players have reported that some rocks are not giving the intended cover to enemy bullets.

With the addition of Caldera in the Warzone Pacific Season 1 update, players were able to experience something truly new with this new map. But after only a few days, players have not failed to criticize it, especially because of the many bugs and glitches that can still be encountered.

Now the Warzone community is frustrated over a major new issue with players appearing to be able to shoot through rocks while others thought they were properly in cover.

The announcement of Warzone 2 surprised the entire Battle Royale community.

On Reddit, user “dknisle1” posted a video where he is seen taking cover behind a huge boulder during a duel on Caldera. But he quickly realized that the rock was useless to him, to finally get eliminated without being able to defend himself.

His opponents were shooting through the rock as if there was nothing on the map, so the player wondered what was going on.

“I need someone to explain this to me. A rock does not cover me?”

You might think it’s still a hack problem, but obviously not. Other players have encountered this type of problem, whether with rocks, walls or otherwise.

There’s still a lot of work to do for Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific developers, Raven Software, at Caldera, hoping that most of the issues will be ironed out with the arrival of Season 2 which is due in a few days.

As a reminder, the new season should arrive on February 14, 2022 on Warzone Pacific and Vanguard!
